Senior Regional Sales Representative (Fire Prevention/Security Service)

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Representative, Northern and Southern Alberta to grow our ATCO Fire Prevention Service offerings in Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas. This role involves building relationships and securing new business in the Multi Family Housing, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. The position will hunt for new business, offering service contracts, replacement products, and full-time maintenance tailored to customer needs.

The role requires capturing, pursuing, and closing key account sales opportunities to significantly impact ATCO Frontec’s revenues and market position. The Service Solutions Salesperson will also grow existing client relations, create new partnerships across Alberta and beyond, and collaborate with our facilities operations, maintenance divisions, and Fire division to maximize synergies.

The ideal candidate would be based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This is a hybrid position with travel required for sales opportunities and occasional visits to our Calgary office.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with ATCO’s growth strategy.
  • Lead all sales activities from lead identification to contract signing, including client liaison, proposal presentation, negotiations, and internal approvals.
  • Build trusted relationships with major clients in industries such as infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, and green energy.
  • Recommend design improvements, new products, and markets; develop marketing strategies.
  • Educate internal teams on market trends and competitor data to support strategic planning.
  • Focus on growing revenue and profit by expanding the client base.
  • Secure maintenance and service contracts along with daily service offerings as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Service sales, Fire Prevention/Security Services, and Building Maintenance solutions (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
  • Proven success with at least 5 years in operational site services and camp services sales.
  • Established network in target industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (asset).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with minimal supervision required.
  • Experience in proposal development and client relationship management.
