ATCO Frontec is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Representative, Northern and Southern Alberta, to join our team. This critical role will grow our ATCO Fire Prevention Service offerings in Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas by building relationships and securing new business in the Multi-Family Housing, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. The role involves hunting for new business, offering service contracts, replacement products, and full-time maintenance tailored to customer needs.

By capturing, pursuing, and closing key account sales opportunities, this position will significantly impact ATCO Frontec’s revenues and provide a strategic marketplace advantage.

The Service Solutions Salesperson will expand current client relations, create new partnerships across Alberta and beyond, and collaborate with our facilities operations, maintenance divisions, and Fire division to maximize synergies for our clients.

The ideal candidate would be based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This is a hybrid position with travel required for sales growth opportunities and occasional visits to our main office in Calgary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with ATCO’s growth strategy and budgets.
  2. Lead all sales activities from lead identification to contract signing, including client liaison, proposal preparation, negotiations, and internal approvals.
  3. Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients in industries such as private infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, and green energy.
  4. Enhance the company’s market position through design improvements, new products, and market development, supported by a solid marketing strategy.
  5. Educate internal teams on market trends and competitor data to support business planning and sustainable growth.
  6. Focus on expanding the client base to increase revenue and profit.
  7. Secure clients for maintenance and service contracts, along with day-to-day service offerings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Service sales, Fire Prevention/Security Services, and Building Maintenance solutions such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
  • Proven success in winning new business with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in operational site and camp services.
  • Strong existing network in target industries.
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in proposal development.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
