Job summary

RBC Adversary Emulation in Toronto seeks experienced Red Team Operators and Penetration Testers to deliver scenario-driven engagements, Purple Team exercises, and offensive security research across core business functions.

You will collaborate with a high-maturity team on complex operations, lead end-to-end projects, develop offensive capabilities, and mentor junior members while refining team processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity with Red Team or penetration testing experience.
• Experience targeting Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience running social engineering campaigns.
• Proficiency in evading EDRs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Execute Red Team, Purple Team engagements in mature production environments.
• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping to debriefs.
• Develop offensive capabilities: exploit development, C2 channels, automation.
