Job summary

RBC Adversary Emulation is seeking experienced Red Team Operators and Penetration Testers to join us in delivering scenario-driven exercises and offensive security research across core and emerging business functions. You will work with a high-skill team on complex operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity with Red Team or penetration testing experience.
• Strong track record executing attacks against Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Experience running social engineering campaigns.
• Proficiency in evading EDRs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences; strong report writing.
• Deep understanding of offensive techniques: OSINT collection and operationalization; building C2 infrastructure; social engineering tactics; exploitation across OS and apps; lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS; evasion techniques for AV/EDR.
• One or multiple industry-recognized certifications: OSCP, OSWP, CRTO, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments.
• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and proposal writing, through execution, reporting, and stakeholder debriefs.
• Develop offensive capabilities: exploit development, novel C2 channels, automation, and more.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings.

What Will You Do?

  • Lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS

• One or multiple industry-recognized certifications: OSCP, OSWP, CRTO, etc.

Nice-to-Have

• AI Red Teaming experience
• Hardware hacking skills
