Senior Recruitment Specialist - Work from Home
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and other job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Requirements
- Hands-on management of the full life cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, compensation, mobility, and pipelining
- Continually develop teams to deliver a consultative approach in recruiting efforts with our internal stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive our branding efforts externally
- Cultivate a network of relationships inside and outside the organization, feeding back intelligence and insight
- Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidate, and talent strategies
- Conduct regular follow-up with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation as well as coaching through the hiring process
