Faire is seeking a Recruiter to scale our high-growth startup. You will own full-cycle recruiting across our Business orgs, partnering with hiring managers to understand roles and craft structured processes and compelling job descriptions.

You will source creatively, close top candidates, and manage offers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Join a culture that values transparency, ownership, and inclusion.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a tech start-up.
• Resourceful, proactive and goal-oriented in solving talent puzzles.
• Passionate about recruiting and improving candidate experience.
• Organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, keen on employer branding.
• Data-driven with experience tracking weekly pipeline metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and design effective job descriptions.
• Drive creative sourcing across channels, including referrals, to attract top talent.
• Lead the offer process and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain ATS and produce transparent recruiting reports for stakeholders.
• Champion Faire culture and values and promote diverse, inclusive teams.
