Job summary

Faire is seeking an energetic Recruiter to scale our high-growth teams in Canada. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, and drive creative sourcing across channels to attract top talent.

You will lead offers and onboarding while maintaining flawless ATS data and reporting for stakeholders. You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be passionate about recruitment, and champion Faire values, including diversity and inclusive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech startup environments.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close candidates.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand roles and design structured processes.
• Experience driving creative sourcing across channels including referrals.
• Experience maintaining an ATS and producing transparent recruiting reports.

Job description

• As a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Business orgs.
• Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
• Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions
• Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates
• Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
• Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity
