Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our global talent team. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for G&A and Marketing roles, engaging candidates, building pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and executives, craft effective recruitment strategies, and represent Elastic as a brand ambassador throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across corporate G&A and marketing functions.
• Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company (software/start-up preferred).
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-requisition management.
• Ability to articulate Elastic's value proposition to candidates.
• Experience with various recruiting channels: phone, email, social media.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus) and recruiting tech.

What is The Role:

Elastic is growing fast and we're looking for a highly motivated, committed, and passionate recruiter to join our global talent team. You will act as a Talent Advisor to our G&A (Finance, IT, HR, Legal) and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels. What You Will Be Doing:

• Engage talent — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process
• Build solid relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings. This means the type of roles can vary: Product Marketing Managers, Accountants, Attorneys, Salesforce Developers, Facilities Coordinators etc...
• Craft and improve a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience
• Manage and champion our hiring process to provide a consistent experience with the Elastic recruiting team
• Participate with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and complete recruiting strategies
• Be a passionate Elastic brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across corporate G&A and marketing functions, ideally from both an agency and corporate environment.
• A passion for understanding at least the basics of what your hiring teams are working on.
• Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company. Maybe it's a software company, start-up, and/or, better yet, even a company where talent isn't knocking down your door
• High attention-to-detail and ability to balance multiple reqs
• Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead
• Ability to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidates
• Ability to establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels
• Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Solid understanding of ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus!) and recruiting technologies

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$98,200—$148,200 CAD
