Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Marketing Strategy & Planning Specialist to join the Global Growth and Experiences Marketing (GGEM) team. You’ll help manage the global growth and experiential marketing budget, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep programs running smoothly.
This early-career role focuses on learning how a global marketing org plans, spends, and delivers, while building relationships and improving collaboration across regions. Remote work within Canada is supported.
Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI.
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Specialist to join the Global Growth and Experiences Marketing (GGEM) team. You’ll report to the Head of Strategy & Planning (Chief of Staff), and work closely with the VP and senior leaders in the GGEM team.
Think of this role as the team’s connective tissue. On the business side, you’ll keep our global growth and experiential (field) marketing budget on track and our special projects moving. On the people side, you’ll run programs that shape our team culture, like our all-hands, and build relationships across the whole department to find ways everyone can work better together.
This is an early-career role for someone who is sharp, persistent, and trusted with sensitive information, and who also genuinely enjoys people and communications. You’ll learn how a global marketing organization plans, spends, and delivers, and you’ll help make it a great place to work while you do.
This role is remote within Canada, with a preference for Mountain / Pacific time.
