Sr. Technical Recruiter at Artech L.L.C.

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview:

As a Recruiter supporting the Buildings & Places division in Canada, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent in architecture, engineering, design, project management, and related fields. You will collaborate with hiring managers to meet growth objectives and build an innovative, collaborative workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition for B+P projects
2. Partnering with hiring managers
3. Promoting diversity, equity, & inclusion
4. Enhancing the candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
2. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors
3. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other talent acquisition tools
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience recruiting for roles in architecture, urban planning, engineering, or project management
2. Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and recruitment practices within the AEC industry
3. Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization
