Job summary

North Shore Environmental Consultants Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Reclamation and Remediation Team, based out of the Sherwood Park or Calgary office.

The role requires leading a team of environmental professionals and delivering remediation and reclamation projects while maintaining client relationships. Applicants should have a strong technical foundation, a minimum of 7 years in environmental roles, and accreditation in Western Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years environmental experience including field-based remediation, reclamation, site assessment or monitoring.
• Proven experience managing scope, budgets and schedules across multiple projects.
• Experience leading and developing staff, with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of environmental professionals; coordinate field programs and reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development opportunities.
• Oversee proposals, scheduling, budgets, and deliverables; ensure timely completion.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff; promote safety and quality.
