Dream Unlimited is seeking a Senior Analyst to support asset and portfolio management across its real estate investments. You will help analyze projects, update IFRS valuations, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years in asset management or finance, a business/economics/real estate degree, and strong Excel skills. A hybrid Toronto setting offers growth and mentorship within a diverse, purpose-driven team.

Formación

• 2–4 years of asset management, valuations, or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or real estate; CFA/CBV/CPA a plus.
• Strong financial modelling and data manipulation skills in Excel.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Be involved in project analysis, asset management and portfolio initiatives.
• Support IFRS asset valuations updates and third-party appraisals.
• Participate in operational update meetings and industry research.
• Coordinate with partners on investments and analyze pro formas.
• Track investment performance and prepare management reports.
• Assist with quarterly board materials and investor presentations.
