• Five+ years in real estate or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with client reporting, listings, and marketing materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, marketing, and research support to brokers and clients.
• Prepare listings, offers, and client reporting materials.
• Coordinate marketing materials and property listings with the marketing team.
• Support deal processing and transaction administration with agents and accounting.
