Job summary
HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) seeks a Senior Analyst, Real Estate to ensure accurate reflection of transactions in Yardi and to coordinate with Investment Management and external managers. You will review and approve analysts’ work, and guide processes for monthly closes and reporting.

Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance or related discipline; CPA designation preferred.
- 5-10 years’ experience in real estate operations; property/investment accounting.
- Experience with Yardi accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Record acquisitions/dispositions and changes in ownership; investigate accounting issues.
- Ensure month-end entries are booked in Yardi and reviewed.
- Oversee data input from external managers; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Record property acquisitions/dispositions in Yardi; maintain agreements.
- Mentor Analysts; review their work and provide guidance.
