Job summary

IMT Precision is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department, implementing and maintaining the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. You will drive corrective actions and risk management to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in manufacturing quality, and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, audits, and continual improvement initiatives across office and plant environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or QA certificate, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing quality roles
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• Knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA and Control Plans
• Experience with Gauge R&R and 8D corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large quality team in a manufacturing setting.
• Drive continual improvement and coordinate cross-functional quality activities.
• Oversee Corrective Action, Non-Conformance, PFMEA, and Quality System audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and meet customer requirements.
