Job summary

BGIS seeks a Senior Corporate Quality Manager in Markham, Ontario, to lead all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 certification maintenance and Intelex system administration. You will train teams, manage the Quality Designate and Champion network, and guide the Quality Team within the Quality and Continuous Improvement department.

As a senior leader, you will shape quality strategy, oversee audit programs, and drive process improvements across BGIS while collaborating with CI initiatives and multilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive leadership in quality management.
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard Certification and Lead Auditor Certification.
• Proven ability to lead quality and continuous improvement programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across recruiting, mentoring and performance management of the Quality team.
• Oversee ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and related strategy.
• Administer Intelex system, CI cycles and system configuration skills.
• Develop and manage internal audit program end to end.
• Manage Quality documentation, training, and France inputs where applicable.
• Lead and participate in Harmonization processes and departmental budgeting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

People Leadership

• Full involvement with recruiting talent


• Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members


• Objectively recommends compensation adjustments


• Manages all aspects of performance

Quality Management

• Responsible for all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System


• Responsible for all aspects of strategy, management and execution of Intelex System Administration, managing the CI cycles with Intelex, and developing system configuration skillset within BGIS

Audit

• Create and manage the internal audit program end to end

Internal Processes

• Responsible for the Management Review Process


• Responsible for the continued development of the BGIS non-conformance Process


• Develop and manage the Training Program for Intelex.


• Assigns Quality Analysts to conduct training sessions, lunch and learns etc.


• Continues to develop the curriculum and its implementation through direct reports


• Responsible for setting up the French Quality Processes to input French Documents into Intelex


• Review and approve all Quality Documentation to ensure relevance and that items are up to date.


• Manage the Harmonized Systems Policy QMS 105 00, and ensure adherence to the Harmonization Process QMS 214 00, Run the Harmonization Meetings


• Become engaged in the Financial aspects of running Quality & CI Department
