The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 years in an industrial setting, automotive exposure, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of industrial experience.
• Mastery of AIAG 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP).
• Automotive experience is an asset.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the North American quality team (8–10 professionals).
• Act as interface with operations and customers; ensure OEM requirements are met and PPAP documentation is prepared.
• Drive product development through APQP and risk analysis collaborations with Engineering and R&D.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality, processes, and services across the organization.
