Role Overview:

As a Senior Quality Engineer in the Real Asset Technology team, you will develop quality standards, define and implement automated test strategies, and lead day-to-day testing activities. You will promote engineering excellence and collaborate with other departments to maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement industry best practices, test strategies, and processes to improve QE efficiency and product quality.
• Lead a shift-left approach by applying automation, coaching, and coordinating testing efforts.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in product design to ensure quality is integrated from the start.
• Monitor and improve test automation effectiveness through analysis and insights.
• Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs for performance improvement.
• Define and execute test plans, identify defects, analyze results, and collaborate with developers to meet quality standards.
• Promote a culture of feedback, learning, and professional growth through collaboration and mentorship.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years coding in Python and writing SQL queries, with a passion for technology.
• Experience automating testing for cloud-native applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of QE processes, manual and automated testing, test planning, scripting, and tools.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
