Job summary

Cobra Enterprises is seeking a experienced Quality Control Manager to lead its Quality Management Systems for modular production and general contracting in Beausejour, MB. You will develop, implement, and continually improve QMS processes, with a focus on compliance, defect reduction, and high-quality workmanship across projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, trades, consultants, and leadership to drive accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction with quality leadership roles.
• Experience with CSA implementation and QMS development.
• Strong knowledge across structural, envelope, mechanical, electrical, and site works.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA implementation initiatives and maintain CSA certification requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documents.
• Own and manage production facility and site quality programs, including inspections and corrective actions.
• Develop Quality Management Plans, ITPs, logs, and closeout documentation.
• Perform quality audits across multiple disciplines and coordinate closeout records.
• Coordinate commissioning records, testing, and O&M documentation for project closeout.
• Support warranty processes including root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with PMs, Superintendents, trades, consultants, AHJs, and clients to resolve issues.

Education

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Quality Management
