Job summary

Ipsos Understanding Unlimited in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead qualitative research engagements for Canadian clients. You’ll turn research designs into well-run studies, moderate sessions, and serve as day-to-day contact.

With 3–5 years of experience, you’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate across Ipsos divisions, and help grow business while upholding Ipsos’s inclusive culture and innovative approach.

Qualifications

• Ipsos requires 3–5 years of qualitative market research experience.
• Strong knowledge of study set-up, recruitment, discussion guides and reporting.
• Experience with in-person and digital qualitative methods.
• Exceptional client service and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers high-quality proposals, research and insights for Canadian clients.
• Collaborates with Ipsos’s quantitative divisions to meet client research needs.
• Manages multiple projects from proposal to insights delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Supports business development and may mentor junior team members.
• Provides day-to-day client contact and keeps projects on track.
