Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Manager in Canada to lead large-scale enterprise quality engineering and digital transformation with a strong emphasis on test automation, DevOps, and Generative AI. You will drive an ambitious QE roadmap while coordinating with engineering, product, design, and leadership teams.

The role demands 15+ years in QE, a track record of delivering complex testing transformations, and hands-on experience in AI-enabled test design and automation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE), Test Architecture, and Test Automation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise testing transformations and quality assurance programs.
• Strong knowledge of modern QE practices, including shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, DevOps, test observability, quality metrics, and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Proven ability to define and execute Quality Engineering strategies, automation roadmaps, governance models, and best practices, while leading globally distributed teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end program delivery including non-production environment management, test data management, UAT coordination, production readiness validation, deployment support, and post-production verification.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI-powered test automation.
