Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with strong automation testing experience using Selenium and Java. The role covers API automation, SOAP UI testing, test case estimation, execution, and regression testing, with familiarity in Confluence and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Senior QA engineer with automation testing background and strong Java experience.
• Experience in API automation and SOAP UI testing.
• Ability to estimate test efforts, create test plans, execute tests and perform regression testing.
• Familiar with Confluence and JIRA for test management.
• Experience leveraging AI/Copilot to enhance testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out automation testing using Selenium and Java across APIs and UI.
• Develop and maintain API automation test suites and SOAP UI tests.
• Estimate testing effort, create tests, execute, and perform regression cycles.
• Collaborate with teams in Confluence/JIRA to track issues and progress.
