Job summary

TD is seeking an Audit Manager II to plan and perform complex quality assurance reviews across multiple internal audit groups. You’ll lead relationships with internal audit teams and report findings to management and external auditors.

You are expected to apply IIA standards, industry trends, and TD’s governance framework to deliver insightful QA insights and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in auditing and/or quality assurance with an undergraduate degree.
• Relevant professional certifications or designations.
• Advanced knowledge of the Standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Risk Management, and Compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of Investment Securities, Investment Advisory & Wealth Management, Capital Adequacy & Stress Testing, and Credit Risk Management Adjudication.
• Expertise in using software tools, windows applications, data analysis and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialized resource on quality assurance reviews to provide subject matter expertise for planning, execution and reporting of quality assurance reviews of audits and related processes with a high degree of complexity.
• Lead and contribute to QAIP programs to align with strategic direction.
• Plan and lead QAIP activities across multiple areas and follow up on findings from QAIP and regulatory reviews.
• Lead ongoing QAIP audit communications and reporting with audit teams, management and external auditors.
• Guide the team in identifying, designing, testing and implementing QAIP initiatives.
