Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an Audit Manager II with deep experience in auditing and quality assurance. You will plan and perform complex QA reviews for multiple internal audit groups and manage key working relationships with audit teams, leadership and external auditors.

You’ll apply IIA standards, risk management and compliance knowledge to drive effective controls, mentor the QA team, and help TD strengthen governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of auditing and/or quality assurance experience with an undergraduate degree.
• Relevant professional certifications or designations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialized resource on QA reviews to provide SME guidance for planning, execution and reporting.
• Lead QAIP initiatives and contribute to the strategic direction of QAIP.
• Plan and lead QA activities across multiple areas with findings follow-up.
• Oversee QA communications and reporting with audit teams, executives and external auditors.
• Guide teams in identifying, designing, testing and implementing QAIP initiatives.
• Identify issues and provide guidance for complex situations; report to leadership.
• Stay current on trends and regulatory requirements to drive improvements.
• Foster a positive, diverse, and open work environment while sharing knowledge.
