Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to perform ongoing testing of the OASIS system in Ontario. The role supports hybrid work arrangements with onsite presence in Toronto or Guelph.

You will lead test planning, execution, and defect tracking across Java-based cloud components, ensuring accessibility compliance and quality assurance throughout the SDLC. Requires 5+ years in QA, experience with REST/JSON/HTML5, and proficiency with Azure DevOps and Postman.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA testing across Agile, hybrid and Waterfall SDLC
• Hands-on testing of cloud-based Java stacks incl. JSON, RESTful services, HTML5
• Create and manage test plans, cases, artifacts; document defects
• Develop and implement test strategy and test plans; debug and improve usability
• Experience with accessibility testing per AODA and testing tools
• Familiarity with QA tools like Azure DevOps and Postman

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing testing of the OASIS web and field data applications
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and produce QA artifacts; track defects
• Design and implement test strategy and testing frameworks
• Conduct accessibility testing per AODA with appropriate testing tools
• Coordinate with Azure DevOps and Postman for test execution and reporting
