Job description

Role : Senior QA D365 Specialist

Duration : 2 years

Location : Remote - Ottawa, Ontario (offsite work possible; onsite attendance once every 3 months)

Required Software Knowledge : MS Office, Process Mapping Software (e.g., MS Visio), SharePoint, Dynamics AX / D365 ERP, Azure DevOps, Product Lifecycle Management software, MS Stack, Defect Management Software

Methodologies : Agile / SCRUM, Waterfall SDLC

Other Knowledge : Cloud and networking in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities :

1. Lead development of test plans, scenarios, scripts, and data; coordinate testing activities.
2. Participate in design reviews, perform integration/system testing, verify results.
3. Supervise testing according to plans; manage and monitor test activities across levels.
4. Establish interoperability testing procedures for software interaction and conformity.
5. Develop validation and verification processes for functional and performance compliance.
6. Manage walkthroughs and reviews for testing and implementation readiness.
7. Collaborate with project team to resolve defects; perform regression testing, including automation.

Experience : Minimum of 8 years in the field.
