OpenText is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Developer to join the Capture product line. The role focuses on validating enterprise software across on-premises and cloud deployments, designing test strategies, and ensuring quality from feature inception to delivery.

You will own automation design, scripting, and maintenance of test environments, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to robust testing across APIs, back-end services, and containerized deployments using

• BS or MS in CS or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of enterprise software QA experience.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services hosted on Linux servers.
• Experience with developing and maintaining automation scripts in C#.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyze to ensure software meets standards and end-user requirements.
• Independently work with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop strategy & test scenarios.
• Work with lead/manager to develop test plans, schedules, and present time estimations for testing activities.
• Independently perform automation design, scripting, and maintenance of a test script/environment.
• Plan test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures, and document results of tests.
• Debug software products through systematic tests to maintain quality standards.
