Varonis in Canada is seeking a Software Escalation Engineer (Python) to join our growing team. You will act as a technical point of contact for customer-impacting issues, investigate Python services, and coordinate with support and development teams to deliver timely resolutions.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Computer Science and at least 3 years building enterprise Python applications, with experience in cloud-native architectures, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• 3+ years developing enterprise Python applications.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT and API Gateways.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical point of contact for customer-impacting issues.
• Investigate and resolve issues in Python services.
• Analyze behavior across services, databases, messaging, and infrastructure.
• Drive root cause analysis with engineering and infrastructure teams.
