As Senior PSP Strategy Advisor, you will serve as the strategic architect and cross-functional integrator for Patient Support Program (PSP) strategy across Sanofi Canada’s Specialty Care and General Medicine portfolios. This role is the critical link between the PSS department and Marketing and Finance teams, ensuring PSP strategy is seamlessly integrated into brand strategic plans, tactical plans, and the Integrated Brand Planning (IBP) cycle. You will shape portfolio-wide PSP strategy, advise brand PSP Leads, and drive strategic planning processes that align patient support investments with business objectives and patient access outcomes. This position requires a seasoned strategic advisor with deep expertise in patient support program design, cross-functional business partnering, financial planning, and the ability to influence without authority across complex matrix organizations.
The role reports to the Head, Patient Support Services Canada and is based in Toronto (North York), ON, with hybrid work flexibility.

The salary range for this position is: 158,200.00 - 208,200.00 (Includes target bonus) Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
