Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering or closely related).
• 10+ years in power system protection; advanced degree optional.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• L3 protection application support for multiple product platforms.
• Design and tune protection schemes; author guidance notes.
• Resolve customer issues; prepare 8D reports and analyses.
• Provide product/applications training and update modules.
• Collaborate with R&D on product roadmap and customer events.
• Travel up to 25% globally.
