Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Senior Proposal Advisor to lead high-quality proposal documents for the infrastructure team across Canada, crafting responses that meet rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Translation, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven(7) years of experience in technical writing or proposal development.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written. Bilingualism is a significant asset.
• Good knowledge of Québec and Canadian public-sector organizations.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, identify key requirements, and participate in or facilitate meetings for competitive proposals.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, organize kickoff/pricing meetings, develop templates and charts, write methodology sections and staff qualifications.
• Monitor proposal schedules and track technical and financial submissions.
• Leverage internal expertise and resources to develop compelling proposals.
• Develop and apply best practices to improve proposal efficiency and competitiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
