Senior Property Claims Field Adjuster (Markham, ON)
We are currently seeking experienced Adjusters to join our team! This role offers a HYBRID working environment.

The role involves actively adjusting claims while maximizing business development opportunities through marketing and follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Adjuster’s license or current pursuit of CIP designation.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Strong analytical skills, investigative ability, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
- Proactive customer service approach, handling inquiries efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
