Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Adjuster’s license or current pursuit of CIP designation.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Strong analytical skills, investigative ability, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
• Proactive customer service approach, handling inquiries efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
