Senior Property Claims Field Adjuster (Markham, ON)
We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

The Adjuster actively manages claims while seeking business development opportunities through marketing and follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Adjuster’s license or current pursuit of CIP designation.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Commitment to ongoing education and learning.
- Strong analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis.
- Good investigative skills.
- Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.
- Proactive customer service approach, handling inquiries efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and dealing with challenging situations.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development.
