Job Description

Mission

Join our project management team and contribute to our success in developing our expertise. We are looking for a senior project planner to act as a consultant to our multidisciplinary project team and our clients.

Primary responsibilities

  1. Prepare master and detailed schedules, including resources, and establish reference planning.
  2. Evaluate project progress, taking into account its size and complexity, and update detailed and master schedules, integrate changes, analyze impacts, and ensure communication with managers.
  3. Determine and analyze the critical path and propose solutions to optimize the client’s schedule.
  4. Prepare earned value analyses and presentations including the status of key indicators (IPD and CPI) and communicate project progress risks and action items to clients and the project team.
  5. Participate in the review of contractors’ schedules and validate milestones against contractual requirements and project objectives.
  6. Actively participate in the risk management strategy associated with the schedule.
  7. Work with the project team to plan and implement the work.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma in engineering in planning, management, finance or any relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in planning major construction projects.
  3. Excellent command of planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  4. Available to work in client’s project office.
