Skyline Recruitment Ltd. in Metro Vancouver seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong wood-frame, multi-family background.

You will lead full project lifecycles—from pre-construction to delivery—overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality residential buildings on time and within budget. You’ll manage design teams and trades, drive cost control, and ensure compliance with BC Building Code and municipal requirements, while reporting

Competenze

• 7–12 years of construction experience with 3+ years in a PM role overseeing wood-frame residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Experience in BC developer-builder or GC environments and familiarity with BC Building Code.

Mansioni

• Lead full project lifecycle management for wood-frame residential developments.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, trades, and suppliers.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and documentation in PM platforms.
• Oversee tendering, trade awards, and procurement strategies.
• Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, municipal requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents to maintain quality and execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and ownership.
• Support close-out, deficiency management, and turnover tasks.
