Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead trade show exhibits, brand environments, permanent installations, and large-scale event activations. You will own projects from concept through execution, coordinating with account services, design, production, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while mentoring junior team members and supporting global estimating.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in the exhibit, events, experiential, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work across teams and with clients.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for on-site project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the project from start to finish, managing scope, schedules, budgets, production and execution.
• Bring structure to complex projects, building and maintaining work-back schedules and implementation plans.
• Be the go-to problem solver, anticipating challenges and keeping projects moving when changes occur.
• Partner across teams to bring the vision to life with Account Services, Design, Production, vendors and clients.
• Turn creative ideas into reality by applying production expertise to ensure quality and feasibility.
• Manage budgets and costs to keep projects on or under budget.
• Support Global Estimating by developing accurate, timely cost estimates.
• Manage materials and vendors, including sourcing, POs and subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate with Design to select finishes, confirm availability, and secure approvals.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication using PM systems and updates for stakeholders.
• Champion processes and standards to ensure efficient, accurate delivery.
• Close the loop with post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help grow the team by mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
