K’awat’si Construction Company in Port Hardy, BC, is hiring a Project Manager for residential and commercial construction. You will lead high-rise and mixed-use projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and trades to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a PMP or P.Eng., and strong contract management and forecasting skills. Relocation support and benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in high-rise, residential, and mixed-use construction projects.
• Degree or diploma in a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with owners, trades and consultants; strong written skills.
• Experience with project accounting, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects throughout life cycle.
• Lead planning, objectives, risk analysis, quality control and communications.
• Negotiate contracts, tendering, scope definition and procurement.
• Coordinate drawings, changes, RFIs and inspection reports.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and project teams to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, plan execution, and drive continuous improvement.
