Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Linear Infrastructure to lead municipal water and wastewater projects across Ontario, including GTA and Waterloo regions. The role involves client engagement, project delivery and growth initiatives within a dynamic hybrid culture.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams through design and construction, mentor staff, and drive business development while ensuring scope, budgets and schedules are met. A P.Eng. and Civil Engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
• 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects through design and construction phases.
• Strong client relationship, business development and proposal-writing skills.
• Knowledge of linear infrastructure design, construction methods, cost estimating and scheduling.
• Experience with condition assessment, rehabilitation and trenchless technologies is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$189,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
