Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects including linear systems, pump stations, lift stations and storage facilities.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, support business development, and contribute to proposals and capture strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design and construction phases.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants and internal teams to deliver projects.

Due to continued growth of our Water Business in Ontario, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Linear Infrastructure to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Markham or Whitby) or Waterloo. Working with a high-performing team, you will:

• Lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including linear systems, pump stations, lift stations and storage facilities.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and contribute to proposal development and project capture strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design and construction phases.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality outcomes.

What you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
• 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects through design and construction phases.
• Strong client relationship, business development and proposal-writing skills.
• Knowledge of linear infrastructure design, construction methods, cost estimating and scheduling.
• Experience with condition assessment, rehabilitation and trenchless technologies is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$189,000.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major citycentres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
