Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment) to lead complex municipal and industrial water projects. You will provide technical leadership, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive project delivery from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.
• Significant experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with large budgets and complex stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and support business development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and uphold health and safety.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200

MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
