Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment) to lead transformative municipal and industrial water projects. This role provides technical leadership and drives delivery excellence while guiding diverse teams from concept through commissioning.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in civil/environmental engineering with P.Eng. eligibility, extensive water treatment experience, and proven ability to manage large budgets and complex stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering.
• P.Eng. eligibility to practice within the applicable province.
• Extensive experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, negotiate project scope, and support business development initiatives.

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.

• Strong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.

MB & ON:

$148,000 - $198,000

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:

$146,500 - $194,600
