Job summary

Chandos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Canada, delivering safe, reliable services to communities. You will oversee all project phases, maintain budgets and forecasts, and serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, and site teams.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, leadership experience, and an engineering/construction background. Travel to sites may be required. Chandos offers employee ownership and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial or water/wastewater or bridge projects.
  • 5+ years of lead project management experience with a mid-size to large general contractor.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
  • Proven leadership skills with hands-on guidance from start to finish.
  • Collaborative and strong communication; self-starter in a team-focused environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.

In this role, you will:

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial or water/wastewater or bridge projects
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a lead project management role with a mid-size to large general contractor.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams through a hands-on approach from start to finish.
  • Collaborative, strong communicator, confident, and driven to be a self-starter who thrives in a team-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

Compensation Transparency

Expected salary band for this role is (depending on experience):$140,000 - $173,000This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
