Maple Reinders Constructors in Mississauga, Ontario, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for the Buildings (ICI) division. You will lead building projects, define schedules, and mentor a team of estimators, superintendents, and coordinators to deliver quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a Project Manager in GC construction, a Civil Engineering degree or tech diploma, and PMP or P.Eng designations are preferred.

• Civil engineering degree or technology diploma or combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Maple Reinders Constructorsis currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings (ICI) division team inMississauga,Ontario. The ideal candidate will haveexposure tocomplex ICI projectsand experience in markets such as Food and Beverage, Defense, and Recreation Centers.

As aSenior Project Manageryou will have the opportunity to manage exciting Building projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do.Leadership and accountability are the key to a successful project. Along with their team, our Project Managers define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

Our Senior Project Managers are responsible for ICI projects typically in the value of $5-$50M. You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by a strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense, you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams.

To quality for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

• 10 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
• PMP and or P. Eng designations are preferred

Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 / Year (depending on experience)
