Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field of study
Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience in heavy construction, design-build projects, and managing multi-million dollar projects
Understanding of engineering principles and assembly, fabrication, and construction workflows
Knowledge of project management software and computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Procore
Organized team player able to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Plan and manage diverse and complex construction projects using sound project management principles

Participate in pre-construction, progress and planning meetings with stakeholders and coordinate with teams
