Job summary

Hunter Amenities is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive large, complex client implementations from initiation to closure in a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, monitor risks, and manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.

Travel may be required to support client programs and internal improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years demonstrated project management experience, preferably client manufacturing projects.
• PMP Certification is an asset.
• Cosmetic Industry or Cosmetic Manufacturing knowledge is an asset.
• University degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of projects from Initiation through Closure.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules and resource plans with the team and client; define program work breakdown structure and schedule.
• Act as single point of contact for all project issues and escalations.
• Actively manage plans, dependencies, scope, risks, issues and quality to meet commitments.
• Travel may be required.
