Hunter Amenities is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive large, complex client implementations from initiation to closure in a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, monitor risks, and manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
Travel may be required to support client programs and internal improvements.

The Project Management team, within Product Development is responsible for the effective project management and delivery execution of large complex custom client implementations. The project manager will be accountable for planning, managing, leading and motivating a cross functional team to implement projects in support of Hunter Amenities retail & amenities sales. The project manager has overall accountability to prepare, deliver and manage comprehensive project plans, issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing the Product Development standard PM best practices and methodology. In addition, they are responsible for communicating to project stakeholders including the leadership team and client project teams.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing several projects concurrently, and to take the project management ownership of a given project from initial project identification to hand off to the Client Service team. The project manager will also be responsible for assisting in the PMO department evolution and to transfer their PM knowledge/skills to other members of the team.
Reason for vacancy: This is a backfill for an existing vacancy within the team.
The target salary range is $70,000-$80,000 base salary. Final placement within the range depends on market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
