Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree may be preferred.
• Minimum nine years of related experience; supervisory experience may be required.
• PMI/PMO or similar credential is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex enterprise IT projects with multiple large-scale functional areas.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates inter-project dependencies and communications.
• Develops and oversees project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Establishes metrics to monitor quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains RAID logs and manages risk, action, issue, and decision logs.
• Drafts contracts and SLAs; manages RFIs/RFPs for procurement.
