You will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, participating in meetings and driving issue resolution to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a senior project manager who can understand where a project is headed, anticipate challenges, and keep clients, professionals, and site teams aligned until delivery. Someone who loves construction, understands the field, and is equally comfortable working with a client, a superintendent, an architect, or a subcontractor.

Your role
You will be responsible for your projects from start to finish, with the support of an experienced team. Specifically, you will be required to:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and objectives;
• Plan work and maintain schedules;
• Manage budgets, costs, and changes;
• Coordinate professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Work closely with the superintendent and field teams;
• Prepare requests for proposals and analyze bids;
• Anticipate issues and propose solutions;
• Maintain clear communication with clients;
• Participate in site and coordination meetings;
• Follow up on deficiencies and the Project closure;
• Make decisions and get things done.

You won't be working alone. Our projects bring together project managers, superintendents, carpenters, professionals, and trusted partners.

Projects

SIROY is a general contractor with its own teams of carpenters and joiners.

We primarily undertake new construction and major renovations, from Montreal to Mont-Tremblant, with a strong presence in the Laurentians.

Our projects include high-end residences and complex architectural projects that require coordination, precision, and attention to detail.

We regularly collaborate with specialized architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.

SIROY is also certified Passivhaus and Novoclimat.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone who knows the construction industry and has already delivered major projects.

Ideally, You Have

• several years of experience as a construction project manager;
• experience in high-end residential projects, major renovations, or complex projects;
• an excellent understanding of construction methods;
• a good command of plans and Quotes;
• Experience in estimating, cost management, and tendering;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Autonomy, sound judgment, and leadership;
• Clear and professional communication;
• A proactive approach to finding solutions and taking initiative.

On-site Experience Is a Significant Asset.
