Job summary

WILMAC Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial and industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects—up to six—with budgets up to $25 million, coordinating offices, field teams and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. The role demands strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills, with hands-on oversight of schedules, RFIs, change orders and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Experience in smaller or mid-sized construction firms with full scope PM duties.
• Ability to manage several active projects and competing priorities.
• Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, SOVs and progress billing.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, drawings, specs and project docs.
• Hands-on scheduling, subcontractors, change orders, RFIs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow and profitability.
• Prepare schedules of values and progress billings.
• Review financial reports and address cost concerns early.
• Prepare, price and negotiate change orders; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate shop drawings, subcontractor procurement and contracts.
• Lead meetings with owners, consultants and trade partners.
