Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager is an experienced construction professional with a focus on business unit portfolio and client relations. This role requires strong leadership, broad technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects from estimate to close-out, including project financials, safety, quality, subcontracting, labor, and equipment. The incumbent manages key relationships, ensures policy compliance, and provides leadership on subcontracted work and smaller self-perform projects, often working alongside or in tandem with Construction Managers or senior superintendents.

As a Senior Project Manager at Graham, you will:

• Engage Preconstruction to prepare, revise, and monitor project budgets
• Oversee subcontracting processes, including scope review, finalization, and execution
• Manage budget estimates and client deliverables
• Develop organizational responsibility matrices and approve project resources
• Review contract documents with project teams and the commercial manager to ensure clarity and timeliness
• Develop and maintain project status reports for executives and clients, recommending actions as needed
• Ensure project schedules, milestones, and closeout checklists are maintained
• Establish performance standards and metrics for the team
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and design teams
• Act with integrity, supporting company values and focusing on customer satisfaction
• Negotiate effectively with internal and external parties
• Participate in industry, client, and community relations to promote Graham
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience in the building sector
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and project management processes
• Ability to train and develop project staff
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple small to medium projects or a senior role on larger projects
• Proven ability to make proactive, informed decisions based on technical and business acumen
• Proficiency in project KPIs, estimating, procurement, field management, and contract management

Compensation:

• $134,000 to $201,000 per year, commensurate with experience

• 3 to 5 weeks of vacation, with credit for prior experience
